Ever heard your friend say I'm an introvert or someone in a club saying I'm extroverted and like ok??? Then you hear someone say I'm an introverted extrovert and you're like whattt?? Seat back and be confused no more...


Ok. First of introverted extrovert/extroverted introvert is a word,they are not making it up but before I go further I'll start by explaining what an introvert and extrovert is.
An introvert is a shy and reticent person,they tend to focus more on internal feelings,moods and thoughts rather than seeking out external stimulation.They are often reserved and indoors,they prefer being alone or in the company of close friends,they take their personal space very serious. While on the other hand an extrovert is an outgoing,socially confident person,they are seen as talkatives,sociable,action-oriented and enthusiastic people,they are prefer outdoor activities than staying indoor.

Now this is where the word "introverted extrovert/extroverted introvert comes in....not all introvert are the same,they vary...some introverts love socializing with people that have the same energy and vibe as them (energy and vibe is a key value to introverts) they can do outdoor activities too depending on their feeling/mood,same as an extrovert all though they can be outgoing and really hyper sometimes they just wanna be alone. These kind of people are known as ambivert....An ambivert is a person who has the balance of introvert and extrovert features in their personality.
